Where is the Fuse Box on the Volkswagen Golf 5?

Inside the Volkswagen Golf 5, produced from 2003 to 2008, there are two fuse boxes. The first box is located inside the cabin, on the left-hand side of the dashboard. To view it, simply open the cover using a plastic lever. The second box is located in the engine compartment, near the battery. To access it, you will need to unclip the cover. Above the cover of each box is the fuse diagram, making it easy to identify the name or number and amperage. Inside each box, there is a small pair of pliers that you should use if needed to replace a faulty fuse.
