In this new guide for all Volkswagen Touareg second series (2010-2018) owners, we will describe step by step all the necessary steps to independently replace the battery in the vehicle key. First, remove the cover located on the top of the casing and pull out the physical emergency key. Next, use a small flat screwdriver to detach the side of the metal casing and extract the battery holder. Finally, remove the exhausted battery and replace it with a new one (CR 2032).
