Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf 5, MK 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008
Part: Radiator
Operation: Car radiator replacement

One of the parts of our cars that suffers the most from wear and tear is the radiator. The guide shows you how to change it once we get a new radiator from an auto parts store and some coolant. It is necessary to remove all the rubber hoses that start or arrive at the radiator and afterwards also the thermostat. We can then disassemble the fans and, consequently, the radiator, loosening the bolts and screws that keep everything fixed. You can then proceed to mount the new radiator following the steps taken to disassemble the old one but in reverse. Once everything is in place, we will have to pour the new antifreeze liquid into the car's cooling system.

Where are the fuses of the Volvo FH located?

All the fuses of the Volvo FH are located inside the fuse box located in the vehicle cabin: in order to access the box it will be necessary to unhook the internal fixing clips that block the panel in the upper part of the dashboard, along its entire length. extension. Once this panel has been removed, it will be possible to access the fuses and replace them if necessary: here it will be possible to identify the fuses that take care of the operation of the windshield wipers, the cigarette lighter, the headlights, etc. In the vehicle manual each fuse is indicated with its amperage.
