If any devices in your Volkswagen T-Roc have suddenly stopped working, you should first check the status of the relevant fuses, the layouts of which are indicated in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically in the lower area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is positioned in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover near the battery. If a fuse is blown, ensure you replace it with a spare of equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle turned off.
