Replacement of the Rear Wheel Speed Sensor

If the ABS warning light and possibly the stability control light illuminate on the dashboard, check the fault memory using diagnostic equipment: the detected error indicates a fault with the right rear wheel speed sensor (passenger side); lifting the vehicle on a ramp reveals a broken sensor. Disconnect the connector, remove the fixing screw, and thoroughly clean the sensor housing before installing the new one, applying grease to prevent oxidation. Secure the cables with a tie wrap at the end of the installation.
