Operation: How do you deactivate the immobilizer of the Volkswagen Golf?

To deactivate the immobilizer of the Volkswagen Golf, you need to connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port of the vehicle. This port can be found on the lower left side of the dashboard, next to the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, you can select the specific model and version of the car, which will allow you to reset the immobilizer's operation following the instructions shown in the video. At this point, you can disconnect the scanner and insert the key into the ignition to verify that the immobilizer is deactivated.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
