Today we will see the instructions that allow us to solve any problems with the immobilizer of the Volkswagen Golf. The immobilizer is an electrical safety component of our car; often it is subject to malfunctions, especially when the vehicle has exceeded 10/15 years of age. Usually the main problems with the immobilizer are related to a blown fuse or the control unit, which can be solved by replacing the parts; we can also try disconnecting the battery for about two minutes, then checking the engine start and the correct functioning of the immobilizer!
