In this tutorial, we can see how to disassemble the central console in the Volkswagen Golf, a very simple operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then position yourself on the rear seat and, using a plastic spatula, unclip the ventilation grilles. Next, disconnect the air duct, move to the front seats and remove the side panels of the tunnel, the frame of the air conditioner console, and the panel below it. At this point, all that's left to do is to separate both the base of the gear lever and that of the handbrake, unscrew the two bolts indicated, and remove the console from the floor.
