To replace the steering wheel on the Volkswagen Polo, turn the wheel first to the right and then to the left to access the clips securing the airbag in the centre of the steering wheel. Once these clips are released, you can remove the airbag and disconnect the connector located inside.

This will allow you to access the nut underneath that secures the steering wheel to its mount, enabling you to remove it. Now, position the new replacement part and secure it with its central nut, ensuring everything functions correctly.
