In this video, you can see how the electric tailgate on the Volkswagen Touareg works, which can be opened with a simple foot movement: the sensor will detect your movement and open the tailgate, which you can close using the button located on the tailgate itself.

Naturally, you can also open and close it using the remote control.

You can choose the height at which you want the tailgate to remain open (this is particularly useful in garages with low ceilings) and save it using the dedicated button, which is always located in the bodywork thickness. This way, loading and unloading become more comfortable.
