How to repair the light switch of the VW Golf

Today we will explain how to repair the interior light switch of the Volkswagen Golf mk6. The first thing to do is to remove the light fixture, to do this we will use a plastic tool for leverage. Once the cover is removed, we can remove the two internal screws using a 12mm star screwdriver. Now we can extract the light fixture from its housing. Once we understand that the problem is with the switch's internal body, we will remove it and then insert a new one. After that, we insert the light fixture back into its housing, tighten the screws, and close the cover.
