Disabling the alarm of the Volkswagen Passat involves first locating the device that activates it: this is located inside the engine compartment. In order to reach it, it will be necessary to loosen the screws that secure the right front wheel, removing it completely along with the corresponding wheel arch. After removing these two parts, the alarm system can be identified by disconnecting its corresponding connector; in doing so, it can be verified that the car's alarm has been disabled correctly.
