To keep impurities and dust away from the ventilation system of the Volkswagen Golf, a special filter has been installed on the intake, which must be replaced every fifteen thousand kilometers. To do this, position yourself in front of the glove compartment on the dashboard, open it and release the clips on the sides of the compartment, rotate the compartment downwards, in the freed space you will find the filter cover, after opening it, remove the old filter element and replace it with a new one. Close the cover, insert the guide on the right side of the compartment and reposition the clips.
