Even if you are not familiar with this type of operation, don't worry, as replacing the battery inside your 2014 Volkswagen Jetta key is straightforward. First, pull out the physical emergency key from the cover, then remove the back cover to locate the exhausted battery.

Once located, remove it with a small flat-head screwdriver and replace it with a new battery of the same model. Finally, reattach the back cover.
