How to replace the engine oil and oil filter on the Volvo V70

Model: Volvo V70 MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

To perform the oil and oil filter replacement on a Volvo V70 car, we first need to lift the vehicle on a hoist or using a jack and jack stands. After lifting the car, we remove the cover of the lower part in order to access the oil pan and the filter box. Using the combination wrench number 15, we remove the nut and let the oil drain into a container. Once the oil has stopped draining, we clean the filter cap and using an 86/14F socket wrench, we unscrew the nut and replace the oil filter. We close the oil pan nut and lower the vehicle to the ground. We top up the oil in the reservoir.
