How to replace the headlight bulb of a Volvo V50?

Model: Volvo V50 MK 1 - Years 2004-2012

Open the hood and locate the back of the headlight where the protective cover is located. Rotate it counterclockwise to remove it and access the bulb. Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb, being careful not to damage it. At this point, release the retaining spring that holds the bulb in place. Gently remove the old bulb and replace it with the new one, being careful not to touch the glass with your fingers to avoid residue that could compromise its functioning. To finish, you simply need to follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement of the front headlight bulb of our Volvo V50.
