How to Replace the Headlight Bulb on a Volvo V50

Today, you will learn how to replace the front headlamp bulb on a Volvo V50. Open the bonnet by pulling the lever located under the steering wheel, and then with the bonnet open, start the procedure to remove the headlamp. Unscrew the upper screws and remove the central bracket, push the headlamp outwards and pull it out. Place the headlamp on a flat surface and remove the cover of the lens.

Disconnect the connector and then extract the bulb from its housing. Insert the new bulb and close the lens cover.

Now, proceed to reassemble the headlamp. With the headlamp positioned back in its housing, screw in the screws and close the bonnet.
