Resetting the service light on a Volvo V40, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure all scheduled maintenance work has been completed. Start by entering the cabin, then insert the key and turn it to the first position. Next, press and hold the "OK" button located at the end of the left control lever, simultaneously turn on the instrument cluster and keep the button pressed until the third flash on the yellow "i" display. To complete the procedure, simply restart the vehicle.
