Replacement of Brake Pads

Model: Volvo S80 - Years 1998-2006

Loosen the wheel fastening bolts before lifting the vehicle, raise it with a jack, apply appropriate axle stands, and complete the wheel removal while checking the wear on the brake disc. Unscrew the fastening bolts of the brake caliper bracket located at the rear, and remove the bracket complete with caliper. Remove the old brake pads and use a C-clamp to retract the caliper piston. Insert the new brake pads and reposition the caliper with the bracket in its housing, tightening the respective fastening bolts. Repeat the same procedure on the rear wheels.
