Below are the steps and instructions to reset the service light for the regular oil change maintenance on a Volvo XC40. First, get in the cabin and press and hold the reset button located at the bottom left of the steering wheel. Turn on the ignition and wait for the yellow service light to stop flashing, as shown in the video.

At this point, turn off the instrument panel and start the engine, verifying that the maintenance message has been successfully reset from the digital display.
