Instructions for Removing the Rear Door Panel

Model: Volvo Xc90 MK 1 - Years 2002-2014
Part: Door trim panel

Remove the aluminum cover from the inner handle and unscrew the screws underneath. Release the retaining clips along the edges of the panel using a flat tool; once the clips are released, pull the panel upward to detach it from the weatherstrip, disconnect the opening handle cable and the speaker connector. Before proceeding with reassembly, ensure all retaining clips are in their respective slots, reconnect the handle cable and the connector, and then reposition the panel, reattaching the retaining clips. Reinstall the screws under the handle and reposition the aluminum cover.
