Replacing the Air Filter on a Volvo XC40

Model: Volvo Xc40 MK 1 - Years 2017-2026

Lift the hood. Remove the small screws that secure the engine air filter box, as shown in the video (there should be seven), and set them aside without losing them. At this point, lift the cover of the filter box just enough (you don't need to remove it completely) to extract the filter itself. Insert the new filter you purchased, ensuring it has the same part number as the one removed. Install it in the correct orientation, although it is quite difficult to make a mistake with this model due to the shape of the compartment. Reinstall all the screws, and you're done. Good luck!
