Resetting the Engine Oil Light on a Volvo V50

Ensure everything is closed (door, boot, and bonnet) before starting the procedure. Resetting the service light on a Volvo V50 is very simple: initially, press the button located under the instrument panel, slightly to your left (there is only one button in this area). Then, while holding this button, turn the ignition key to position 2, as clearly shown in the video. After a moment, the service light will start to flash: at this point, release the button and you’re done. It couldn't be easier!
