To replace the heater radiator on a Volvo S40, loosen the screws securing all the dashboard and centre tunnel plastics so they can be completely detached: this will provide access to the components inside. Here, you will locate the heater radiator, which can be removed from its housing by unscrewing the mounting screws and disconnecting the pipes.

Now, insert the new radiator into its housing, securing it properly, and reattach all the dashboard parts.
