Alfa Romeo 147 - Video tutorial

Model: Alfa Romeo 147 MK 1 - Years 2000-2010
Part: Spark plugs
Operation: How to remove the spark plugs of the 147

Do we want to remove the spark plugs on our Alfa 147? Let's see the disassembly of the damaged spark plugs and the assembly of the new ones. We pull the lever to open the engine compartment located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front hood, we secure the same. We disassemble the engine cover panel, remove the coil with our hands: we twist it, until it is extracted from the head. Unscrew the spark plugs with a socket wrench (extract them from the head). Once removed: take the new spark plug and insert it into the cylinder head with the socket wrench. We mount the engine cover panel at the end of the replacement.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
