In today's video, we will see all the steps required to replace the timing belt, as well as perform a complete service (oil change, filters, alternator belt, and brake pads) on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0 JTDM. To replace the timing belt, lift the vehicle at the front, removing the right wheel and the wheel arch liner; then loosen the tensioner to remove the V-belt and drain the coolant. At this point, remove the expansion tank and the timing cover, then remove the engine mount; proceed with the measurements and steps for the disassembly and replacement of the belt.
