Cleaning the MAF sensor of the BMW A4 B9

To clean the MAF sensor of the BMW A4, open the hood of the engine compartment and locate the sensor on the passenger side positioned on the intake duct of the injection system. Using a flathead screwdriver, loosen the two clamps of the inlet pipe and remove it. Using a Torx key, unscrew the two screws that secure the sensor body, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the body from its seat and place it on a work surface. Unscrew the two nuts holding the sensor on the body and remove it, spray a specific cleaning detergent on it, wait for it to dry and reassemble the sensor on the body and then in its seat, reconnect the connector and the inlet pipe.
