How to remove the exterior mirror cap of an Audi A5

Before we can start, we will have to get out of our Audi A5 and head to the outside rearview mirror. So let's start by pushing the mirror to the right, so as to create a slot on the left side. After that, using a thin but resistant tool and leveraging, we will have to unclip the mirror itself, and then disconnect the plug connected to it. By doing so, we will have discovered the screws that secure the mirror cap, which we will have to unscrew and remove. When we have finished this step, we will be able to remove the mirror cover, and we will have finished the disassembly.

How to Remove the Steering Wheel of an Audi A3

How to disassemble the steering wheel of an Audi A3? Follow these steps for removal. Before removing the airbag from the steering wheel, disconnect the battery terminals; insert the removal keys into the slots at the back of the steering wheel and unlock the airbag. Once the airbag is released, disconnect its power connectors and remove it from the steering wheel. Unscrew the large central bolt and remove the steering wheel from the column. For reassembly: insert the steering wheel onto the steering column and tighten the nut, then connect the airbag power connector and press it back onto the steering wheel (tighten the securing bolts).
