How to Remove the Headlight from a BMW E60

This article explains the procedure to remove the headlight from a BMW 5 Series E60. You will need a Torx T30 and a Torx T15 wrench for this procedure. To remove the front headlight, first remove the bulb cover, then take off the front grille by unscrewing the appropriate screws.

Once the grille is removed, take out the Torx T30 screws that secure the headlight. After removing the 4 screws, pull out the headlight.

Once the headlight is out, disconnect the connectors attached to it. The procedure will then be complete, allowing you to replace it.
