How to remove the headlight of the BMW E60

Model: BMW Serie 5 E61, E60 - Years 2003-2010

In this article, we will see the procedure for disassembling the headlight of the BMW 5 Series E60. For this procedure, a Torx T30 key and a Torx T15 key will be necessary. To disassemble the front headlight, first remove the bulb cover, then remove the front grille by unscrewing the appropriate screws. Once the grille is removed, remove the Torx T30 screws that secure the headlight. Once the 4 screws are removed, extract the headlight. After extracting the headlight, disconnect the connectors attached to it. Now the procedure will be complete and it will be possible to replace it.
