How to replace the battery of the key remote for a BMW X1

In this video tutorial we can observe the steps to be taken in order to replace the battery of the key remote of a BMW X1 car. Take the remote in question and use the sliding button found on the right side of it, this will allow you to extract the metal key inside. Once the key is removed, proceed to open the shell using the tip of the key on the upper edge of the remote, this will give you access to the battery compartment. At this point, you can use the tip of a small screwdriver to pry the edge of the battery in order to remove it; finally, insert the new battery and make sure that the model used is the correct one, namely CR 2032 3V.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
