Battery replacement for BMW 1 Series

Today we will see the step-by-step instructions that will allow us to replace the battery of the BMW 1 Series. First, we open the rear hatch of the trunk and start lifting the cargo compartment floor to access the battery compartment; then we remove the central bar and disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the battery from its compartment and replace it with the new one, of the correct type and with the same amperage; we make the electrical connection and finally check the correct starting of the engine!
