How to change the battery and the cover of the remote control key of a BMW 3 Series? Let's see in this video how to proceed: we take our remote control and with a plastic lever or screwdriver we pry in the middle of the key cover. We pry until the two pieces are separated from the cover, extract the battery and the motherboard with a screwdriver, replace the cover with a new one identical to the one disassembled previously. We reassemble the cover on the remote control key until we hear the locking click of the two parts. We check the exact functioning of the remote control with the door open / close buttons.
