Replacing the Front Door Handle of the BMW 3 Series G20

To replace the outer handle of the front door of the BMW 3 Series, open the door and remove the rubber cap on the inner frame. Using a Torx 15 screwdriver, remove the screw inside.

This allows you to detach the back of the handle, pull out the front part, disconnect the two electrical connectors, and fully remove the handle. Using a 4mm hex key, working diagonally in the hole of the frame, unscrew the handle plate and remove it. Install the new plate and secure it with the screw, connect the connectors to the new handle, insert it into the front hole and then into the back hole, secure it with the screw, and replace the rubber cap.
