Below we will see the main instructions on how to defrost the windshield of the BMW Series 1, but generally applicable to all vehicles equipped with automatic climate control. First, let's get inside the car and start the engine; then we turn on the automatic climate control and direct the air vents towards the windows, initiating the airflow at the top (thus activating the defrost mode). We then wait for the condensation on the windows to be completely removed, and afterwards, if we want, we can deactivate the defrost function and the automatic climate control.
