How to open the front engine hood on a BMW 3 Series? Let's see how to do it. We pull the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then, slightly raise the engine hood and release the release lever located in the front panel. Once the engine hood is unlocked, let's lift it up and put it in safety. Now that we have opened the bonnet, we do maintenance on the liquid trays. To close the hood, push it down until it closes. Make sure you have closed the hood so as not to have problems while the vehicle is running.
