Removing Radiator Mechanical Fan

To remove the radiator fan, you first need the proper tools: a 32mm wrench and a tool to lock the water pump pulley. It is also possible to rent these tools at reasonable prices (about $30 per day) by searching online for specialized companies. To facilitate access to the pulley and the fan mounting nut, it is preferable to remove the hose that connects the radiator to the water pump; once you have created enough working space, lock the water pump pulley by inserting two pins into the designated holes of the tool and remove the fan mounting nut.
