Replacing the Grille on BMW E46

Do you want to remove the front grille located in the hood of the BMW E46? Let's see how to take it off from above the engine hood. Lift the front hood of the car, pry between the plastic at the back of the hood and the plastic grille: detach the retaining clips located on it. Finally, remove the grille located at the center of the bumper, and compare it with the one that will replace it. Attach the grille to the bumper by engaging the clips on it (apply pressure with your hands on the grille without breaking it). Check the correct installation of the parts. Install the grille with or without chrome accents.
