In today's video tutorial we will see the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the transfer case on the BMW X3 E83. First we lift the car and begin to disassemble our entire transmission, disconnecting the gear shaft and unscrewing all the bolts; then we drain the gear oil. At this point, once our transmission is down, we can go and disassemble our transfer case, unscrewing the bolts, which we find laterally; we replace the spare part with the new one and we go to reassemble everything on the transmission, following the video until the end!
