Checking and Replacing Spark Plugs

This video explains how to replace the spark plugs and their gaskets on a BMW 3 Series. After removing the retaining screws, take off the plastic covers that protect the six spark plugs. After disconnecting the electrical connection of the spark plugs, the video pauses, and upon resuming, the spark plugs and valve cover gasket have been removed. After thoroughly cleaning any dirt and oil residue, install a new outer gasket and insert new gaskets that protect the openings of the wells. Next, using a ratchet socket and an extension, remove the old spark plugs to replace them with new ones.
