We begin the procedure by inserting the key in the appropriate housing and turning on the instrument cluster. On the central dashboard there is a push-button panel that allows us to complete the reset procedure: use it to enter the menu and turn the central knob to scroll through the various items. We select the one that mentions "vehicle information" and then "vehicle status". In the new screen we select the third icon which is the one relating to the service. The procedure can also be performed on the instrument panel display. After restarting the framework, we hold down the button in the lower left corner until the yellow triangle disappears. With the stick to the left of the steering wheel we select the item we are interested in resetting and then we give the ok with the BC key.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
