Replacing Auxiliary Belt

Replacing the auxiliary belts is fairly simple since they are positioned at the front of the engine and there is enough maneuvering space to work; there are actually two belts, one dedicated to the air conditioning compressor and the other driving the alternator, water pump, and power steering pump. Before removing the belts, it is advisable to take note of their routing around the various pulleys; start with the air conditioning compressor belt, loosen the tensioner, and slide the belt off the pulleys; repeat the same process on the other belt.
