Replacing the cabin air filter on a BMW 3 Series has never been easier with this new video tutorial. First, open the hood and remove the six fasteners securing the cabin air filter cover; for this task, you will need a 8mm socket wrench. Now, remove the cover and disconnect the clips holding the filter; take out the old filter from its housing and insert the new filter. Secure the clips and reinstall the cover. Using the 8mm socket wrench, tighten the screws and close the hood. As the final step, start your vehicle and turn on the air conditioning to ensure the component is functioning correctly.
