If you have to disconnect the automatic gearbox from the engine and the whole assembly has already been removed from the car, things are simplified as there is enough room for maneuver to be able to tinker comfortably; first of all it is necessary to remove the four pins that secure the flywheel to the automatic transmission crown: in front of the gearbox there is a window through which the pins can be accessed and the crankshaft pulley must be rotated in order to reach each of the four pins; once this has been done, the external pins will be disassembled along the contour of the gearbox housing in order to complete the disassembly.
