Replacing Rear Brake Discs and Pads

Model: BMW Serie 3 E92, E90, E91 - Years 2005-2013
Part: Brake pads

To replace the rear brake discs and pads, start by lifting the vehicle and removing the rear wheel; remove the protective caps from the caliper mounting pins and remove the caliper itself, then also remove the corresponding mount and retract the piston by pushing it with a channel lock pliers; then unscrew the bolt that secures the disc to the hub and take it off; clean the disc seat on the hub with a wire brush, apply grease to prevent oxidation, and install the new disc after cleaning it of protective oil; before reassembling the mount, caliper, and new pads, move the wheel well liner to access the wear sensor connector and connect the new one. Complete the installation of the mount, new pads, and caliper; it is recommended to bleed the brake fluid by pressurizing the system with a special pump.

How to Replace the Fuel Filter on Opel Astra

How do you replace the fuel filter on Opel Astra? Let's see the replacement: lift the car with a column lift (jack) and secure it. Remove the locking plate of the filter using a socket spanner (undo the securing bolts next to the plate) where it is located and disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter. Extract the diesel filter and replace it with a new one. Finally, reassemble the diesel filter housing (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the bolts to the metal plate (as shown in the video). Lower the car after the replacement.
