Operation: Removing the wood trim above the glove box to the right of the dashboard.

First of all open the glove box and unscrew the screws located in the upper edge of the compartment (right and center) and in the upper left inner corner of the glove box. Finally unscrew the additional screws that hold the rear cover of the compartment. One screw at the top left (screwed from bottom to top as shown in the video) and one at the bottom left that connects the compartment door to the cover. Remove the compartment cover. Now, in the upper edge, small yellow cones are visible. It is necessary to unscrew them in order to remove the black plastic part under the finish. Finally, in the back of the finish, there are more yellow nuts to unscrew with your fingers. Now we can remove the finish, levering, carefully so as not to damage it, with a small crowbar. The car is a BMW 7 series.
