Performing a service indicator reset on a BMW 1 Series, F20 model produced from 2011 to 2019, is a very simple and quick operation to perform. In this short tutorial today, we will show you how to do this using only the button on the left side of the speedometer. Let's see the procedure right away. Start by turning on the vehicle's instrument cluster without starting the engine. Then press and hold the left button on the speedometer until the reset menu appears on the information display. Once done, press and hold the button again on the menu option for engine oil. Then, when prompted to reset, release the button and hold it down once again until the reset is complete.
