How to Perform a Full Service on a BMW 1 Series

In this video tutorial, you can see how to perform a full service on a BMW 1 Series. First, purchase new filters (oil and fuel) and enough engine oil. Raise your car and secure it. The first step is to remove the engine cover. Using a 17 mm socket, unscrew the oil filler cap; let all the oil drain into a container. Meanwhile, change the oil filter; you will need a 32 mm socket, so remove the old one and install the new one. Now replace the washer on the oil filler cap, screw the cap back on, and add the engine oil. At this point, you can replace the cabin filter, so remove all the screws holding it, then take off the plastic cover to access the filter. Finally, remove the fuel filter and replace it.
