Operation: How do you replace the water pump of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to replace the water pump of the BMW 3 Series, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cover on the top of the engine block. Once this, along with the air filter box, has been removed, you will be able to access the front part of the engine block. The water pump will be located at this point since the car has a longitudinal engine. By loosening the screws that hold it to the supports and disconnecting the respective pipes, the old water pump can be removed and replaced with a new spare part. After installation, you can reassemble the engine cover and the air filter box.
