In today's video, we will see how to replace the cabin filter in the first-generation BMW X1. We can purchase the replacement for a few euros from the main spare parts websites or physical specialized stores. Once we have done that, we can proceed with the work. First, we open the passenger side door, then we locate the closing door under the footwell. Once we have done that, we can proceed by removing it from the compartment and then proceed to extract the old unit. We clean the installation area, then insert the new unit, and finally, we finish the job by reassembling everything as before.
