BMW BMW Various - Video tutorial

Model: BMW BMW Various
Part: Timing belt
Operation: Changing the three chains of a BMW N47 engine without removing the engine is not possible.

In this video we see how it is impossible to do a good job by changing the three distribution chains of a BMW N47 engine without removing it from its seat. In fact, not only do we have to remove the engine, but we practically have to disassemble half of the car because we also have to remove the gearbox, driveshaft, all manifolds, turbines, alternator, air conditioning compressor, particulate filter, and then detach the sump from the engine. The value of the prices is relative, even though in this specific case all original BMW parts were purchased for safety; what really matters is the labor, because completing such a complex puzzle requires a lot of time; but there is no alternative to changing the oil pump chain, injection pump shaft chain, and camshaft chain.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
