Changing the three chains of a BMW N47 engine without removing the engine is not possible

This video shows how it is impossible to do a good job changing the three timing chains of a BMW N47 engine without removing it from its mounting. Not only must you remove the engine, but you practically need to dismantle half the car because you also have to remove the gearbox, the driveshaft, all the manifolds, turbo, alternator, air conditioning compressor, particulate filter, and then detach the sump from the engine. The cost of parts is relative, although in this specific case, all original BMW parts were purchased for safety; what significantly impacts the cost is the labour, as completing such a complex puzzle requires a lot of time; however, there is no alternative to changing the oil pump chain, the injection pump shaft chain, and the camshaft chain.
